Feb. 2009: Winner of the Arts Council Silicon Valley Artist Fellowship Grant for Visual Arts 2-Dimensional: Photography

The selection panel of distinguished arts professionals included:
- David Whitman, who directs special exhibitions at The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose. His photography and writing have appeared in more than a hundred exhibitions and publications.
- Andres Cediel is Master Video Teacher in KQED’s Education Network and producer at PBS’s Frontline World. He was awarded a Visual Arts Fellowship by Arts Council Silicon Valley for 2007.
- Elizabeth Thomas is curator of the MATRIX Program for Contemporary Art at Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive and writes articles and reviews for periodicals and catalogues.
